90 Minute Yoga Nidra for Deep Sleep and Insomnia | Drift off to Sleep

Allow yourself to drift off to deep sleep in this yoga nidra meditation to bring you into a deep state of relaxation and then let you fall asleep for the rest of the night. Unlike the traditional yoga nidra techniques we use for integration and to bring one back out of a light altered state of consciousness, here you'll simply be carried into deep sleep.

Crawl into bed and get cozy for this deep sleep experience. This nurturing practice is designed to help you ease the busy thinking mind that keeps you up at night by cultivating body and breath awareness. With this sense of presence, calm, and peace that these techniques instill, you'll feel so relaxed and ready to drift into sleep. Be guided through a thoughtful body scan and simply observing the natural rhythm of the breath to bring you deeper and deeper. Imagine yourself floating on a cloud of pillows and blankets, carried and swayed, soothed into the deep rest that you deserve. Relax back knowing that there is nothing that you need to do in the effortless practice, accessible to all. Simply just listen as the healing darkness of the night wraps you like a warm blanket.

This practice is designed to offer 45 minutes of guidance followed soothing nature sounds. Allow the sound of the ocean waves to wash away that busy 'monkey mind' and those racing thoughts, the to-do-lists, your worries and stressors, and give yourself the rest that you know that you deserve. Our bodies know how to go to sleep for it is something that we are born to do. To recharge our internal battery. Kristyn On November 25th my husband suffered a debilitating stroke. Our lives changed dramatically. He has been in hospital since and I travel 40 miles each way to be with him during the day as well as care for our home land and 15 animals! It’s a lot but he is worth it! I bow in gratitude for you and yoga nidra. I wake every night with insomnia and sleeplessness. Until I reach for my phone and hear your precious voice and drift back into a decent sleep! 18-2-24 I have literally fallen asleep with this session 7 times this week, in sleepless nights, in the therefor needed siestas, on the plane.. not sure if it counts for homework in module 2 😂but it is the best sleep help ever and I come out so tender and gentle like I’ve just had a nap in the arms of a beloved 🙏🙏🙏

oh Kristyn, my panic attacks returned and I can’t sleep since a some days now. It is so rough also during daytime and I tried this one to try to take some rest this morning. And I think I dosed off for some minutes and could surrender a bit. So so happy to be able to find a bit of rest. Nidra’s are to difficult now to relax. Could you make another one like this? ❤🙏
