I've been doing this workout 4 times a week exactly for three months. I started doing it on my 70th birthday. Hey, my butt looks and feels like hen I was in my fabulous 50's. Thankful and very happy.

OMG! I did this yesterday thinking it won't do much as it's only 15 minutes, but boy oh boy, I was so wrong. I ended up sweating and so accomplished after this one. Woke up today feeling sore on my glutes and legs, but you know what, I'm gonna keep doing it anyway. Thank you so much Maddie! Will keep doing all these exercises with you now! Cheers! ❤

A question for you Maddie:
Would you consider putting together a playlist of some of your videos that could help develop cardio endurance?
I took a break from working out for a while and I really want to build back up to the place I was, but I’m not even sure how to start. I know you have lots of beginner cardio workout videos; I just think it would be helpful if you put them in an ordered playlist of difficulty progression. I know it’s a huge favor, but I think it would be really helpful.

Omg I loved this!! I used to do quite a bit of weight training but haven't picked up weight in many months, and I'm getting into body weight exercises like this again. This was so perfect and I am sweating but I know I can come back to this over and over to build up my booty again!

Post-workout thoughts:
That was a lot more intense than I expected for no equipment 😂 I'm drenched (of course, it's also very humid where I am, lol). I really appreciated the tips on this one 👍🏻 Very helpful and I got a good burn🔥 It turns out I'm guilty of dropping my hips a bit with glute-bridge abductions 😅 One of those tips that I hate to love, heheh.
