i love your videos. iMy fitness journey has not been linear and littered with detours and many back at one. Here's day 2 of many day 2 but I will say 15 minutes is something I can not excuse and I appreciate your videos being concise and too the point. no repeats is a game changer for me because knowing i dont have to do it again if I hate it..allows me to push through. one and done. thank you for your time!
