Join me for THE ULTIMATE 15 minute BOOTY BAND WORKOUT to tone and sculpt through your glute muscles. We'll be moving through a series of both standing and floor exercises, working your glutes from all angles. All you need is a circle/loop resistance band. If you don't have one at home then you can do this workout without it and still feel that burn! Each move will be performed for 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. So let's get sculpting! 💞 xox Mik
