I've been doing this workout 2-3 times a week for the past few months after doing a 5 min glute activation and I'm always feeling ittt I see the improvement in my glutes and my friends have even noticed lol and am able to repeat this 3 times if I have time to :) I always recommend ur workouts to friends thank u for ur content

Usually after trying to do booty workouts my thighs are sore, but I did this yesterday and actually feel it in my booty! I must have done it right :)

I’m just saying this workout is one of the best workouts I have ever done! Going into it I thought it was so easy and didn’t think I was going to be sore! I was SOOOO wrong!!! Highly recommend giving this a shot.
