I love how it does not include warm up/cool down, makes it easy to combine with other workout videos 🙂

Omg....I forgot this was non stop and reapeat. I'm happy I finally did it all without stopping. Even the squat pulses, which I would normally break half way. But I pushed through the pain and kept telling myself mind over matter. 😆 but I sure did let out a hard scream afterwards. 🤪

Literally so amazing! My favorite booty workout ever.

I changed it up during the donkey kicks and hamstring pulls - I did only one side and switch to the other side in round 2.

I wish I took pictures before and after this workout I’ve done it 3 times now and I already SEE a difference ❤️
