I love your workouts, LOVE how you focus on keeping the right posture at a slower pace... LOVE that they are all accessible but also so efficient and LOVE that they are short .
I'm a yogi/surfer/horseback rider and I dread gym exercises because I get bored very easily when there is no mind-body connection, but I have been able to be consistent with your exercises and feel the benefits of them in the sports I enjoy practicing so thank you Maddie, SUPER HELFUL !!!
