To those who are worried it is not worth doing if you do not have a band, I did this class without a band and it BURNED. So effective!! Thank you again, Nicole!🤍

I do your classes EVERYDAY! My favorite are all of your HIIT workouts because they’re super intense and sweaty, can you please do another HIIT workout that includes jumping / high intensity movements? They are amazing!
