I think this is your most challenging booty workout yet. I have been with you since you started 3yrs ago. I'm not sure if I have ever done this workout or not. It is always nice to come back to your older workouts. Love your workouts, Nicole.

Lordy b, this time round I added a Medium band. This exercise nearly finished me off. I didn't know whether to laugh or cry, and that was with having to pause at times. A great round, thanks Nicole.

Dear Nicole, i'm so glad to have discovered your classes, they are challenging and elegant, and the fact that you gives importance to stretches at the end is so great. It really is a complete, sculpting and relaxing training.
I wonder if you could film a training focused on lower body (legs/butt), intermediary/advanced, of around 30 minutes ? That would be an absolute dream ! Thank you so much for your time and your beautiful presence. My best wishes from Paris.

Three months now and I see improvement already - I'm 47 and 58 kg. 3 kg down in a 3 months... I just love your channel! Shame I didn't find it earlier. Thank you 🙌

This workout was definitely a challenge! I was just thinking yesterday that I wish you would post more challenging but short workout videos. You're obviously very intuned with the energy you receive from the universe. Definitely post more resistance band videos! I love you and I love your kind words and your workouts. Bless you. <3

I did yesterday the 30 min yoga video, I really like your pace and focus that keeps all the exercices under control and avoid to harm ourselves with hard and high impact stuff. I felt toned and relaxed after it! Trying this one today!

Hi Nicole! We use the same account my husband set up for the family (I’m the mom in the house). Love your workout and we’ve been exercising with your Pilates for 2 months now. Hi Nicole, I love your videos :D I have to stay isolated for 2 weeks now because I moved countries and I didn't have any workout equipment, just got a mat and bands but I never used bands before.. Hi Nicole, I discovered your channel about a month ago. I’m already pretty active, running, lifting, and yoga, but wanted to incorporate some Barre and Pilates into my routine. Your channel is hands down the best one I have found. I really like your Barre and dancer videos, and this booty band workout is my favorite. It’s nice because I can get some extra work in on my gluteus and core without it wrecking my recovery for running and lifting. I have to say though that any time I do a Barre workout with you, I see you and am like, “she’s so graceful. I want to do that and be graceful...and then I remember that I am not a graceful swan of a woman, more like a clumsy oaf. Haha

Also, I really like that you do a voiceover and I really like how easy to follow your videos are. I hardly even need to look at the screen.

I can't believe I had always overlooked this workout! Been doing most of your videos a thousand times and only haven't done two newer ones yet or so I thought. Did this one today because it's short but it was a serious burn!🔥🔥 felt it in my arms a bit even.

I have sensitive knee joints so I can't always do squats or lunges. This workout looks like such a good alternative! I just ordered my resistance bands. Can't wait to try them out with this video ❤️
