hip thrusts - 60s

wow this is honestly the best workout for the booty. I was kinda getting bored with my boody workouts, it got repetetive and I didn't see any progress. with your videos I can really feel it! I completely underestimated this workout! I didn't feel like weight training at the gym today so I found a corner to try this out, and I want to pass out now hahaha
