Been doing this workout for almost a month now. TBH, the first 3 days were super difficult especially for someone who doesn’t really do workouts everyday. But as time goes by, this feels like a routine already. Down to my 1st month and I’m really seeing a very good result. Thank you so much for sharing this routine.

I check out many work out videos, but I don't y I only feel Emi workout so comfortable and effective compare to other videos, and her videos all gives positive vibes, checking lot of videos atlast going with emi videos, how many like me😊❤️

Day 1: the last exercise was IMPOSSIBLE and felt like I couldn’t accomplish the workout in its trust form
Day 2: a little sore from yesterday but I pushed through. Had better form than yesterday!
Day 3: still sore but it felt more routine and the workout was easier in general. Still can’t do the crab walk and the last exercise non stop though!

Hey the last one is the hardest . Doing this exercise from nearly a week now and it's really good . I just hope I can make make it up to the last exercise . Atleast for now I am skipping it 😅

I've been doing her saddlebags without since 7 days and now I got to know that it's not saddlebags but cellulite on buttocks which I'm so insecure of. I'll start doing it from tomorrow.
