for the squat side steps at 1:20, you’re suppose to put tension on the band the whole time so don’t step your feet so close. take little steps. i learned this from this physio place and they said most people are doing them wrong including myself 😂

I was doing another butt workout and stopped halfway because my knees hurt. I quickly jumped back to your page because it never fails to make my target area hurt and not other areas. My knees are doing great and my butt is burnin'. Thanks Maddie :) I wish you still posted on your other Youtube channel, you had some really tasty food on there ;)

Every time I do the curtsey lunges and she says "come on guys only a few seconds left!" I'm thinking a few means 3. It means 10. It means 10 every single time. 😂
