Are you short on time? This one's for you! ♥︎ I've created THE ultimate 2in1 booty + legs workout. It targets our booty, inner and outer thighs and a bit of calves (don't worry, your thighs won't grow!). It shapes, lifts, pumps your booty and tightens your thighs. If you do this routine regularly, it would also help you to get rid of cellulite and hip dips! The entire workout is on the floor, so there are no squats, lunges or jumps included. It's low impact and very knee-friendly. If you want this workout to be more challenging, you can use ankle weights or a resistance band. It's totally up to you!

▪️ Intensity: Medium

▪️ Recommendations:
• Mind-muscle connection: Make sure to THINK of your gluteal muscles while training them. You feel the burn much more if you do so.
• Squeeze your booty non-stop during the workout. Imagine that you are holding a paper between your butt cheeks and try to not drop this imaginary paper. :)
• Repeating this workout 2-3x per week works perfectly.
• For more burn, combine it with my other booty and leg workouts.
