I'm coming back to Blogilates after trying out some other internet fitness instructors...Cassey's are the only ones I smile the whole way through even though they're tough! She makes me forget I'm in pain!!!

For anyone who wants to know if these videos work, yes. Yes they do.

I went from a wide and undefined booty (where the legs and booty look like they are one in the same), to actually having a significant noticeable separation from.both the side and the back between my butt and legs.

I do a ton of micro exercises during the day (like calf raises while cooking, froggers when watching tv, etc) and will do at least one video a day.

If it's too hard, break it up into smaller chunks until you can do it. One exercise is better than no exercise.

I really can’t believe that I’m feeling this right now
I want to do this workout sooo bad but I can’t atm and I have never wanted to exercise my entire life. I used to look for excuses the timee. It’s been around 2 weeks of me following the calendar and this woman got me addicted to working out. Queen shit

I love how long Cassey has been doing these work out videos and is still so cheerful and she goes the extra mile providing us her workout calendars. She's the only fitness trainer I still regularly follow because of her personality and her intense workouts. Beginner or not, you will always feel the burn!

Let me just say this....after working out daily for several months and really seeing and feeling wonderful results...I did not work out for over 7 days and my hamstrings were SO tight and MISERABLE. I was in pain. Couldn't really move too well. Bending over or lifting...forget it. I knew my body was like, "Get in there and workout, dummy!" so I did and its like a huge relief. This only further proves what I've known since I was in my teens, "A body in motion will stay in thank god for the gift of being able to take care of myself.

Idk how some people hate Cassey so much, she is a ray of sunshine! And having done her videos for 3+ years I still find this hard!! 😂Do not worry if you are just starting your fitness journey and find this really difficult, this is a hard workout! Keep trying, strive for just a few more reps each time and before you know it you'll be doing the whole thing without breaks ❤️❤️

best workout channel. the others are good, but these videos just makes me feel like im actually doing something, but doesnt leave me feeling like shit afterwards. not to mention she i so motivating. every time im about to fall off the mat, she knows what to say to get me working again.

I DID THE ROLL UP! IT ONLY TOOK LIKE 10 DAYS TO GET STRONG ENOUGH! IT WAS SO EASY JUST RIGHT NOW AND I HAVEN'T EVEN BEEN ABLE TO EVEN DO THE BEGINNER VERSION OF IT BEFORE RIGHT NOW :D

Hey Casey! Just wanted to say that since quarantine I’ve been doing a lot more exercise than before. And it’s great that your routines are short because I feel more motivated to do them, especially in the morning. I just go to notifications and find the last video you posted and do it.
