Sophie, I found your Youtube channel 2 weeks ago and I`ve been binge watching your videos ever since! I study medicine and during my breaks from studying I watch all of it and I`m amazed by your work, for real!! No one here made me think so optimistic about workouts, meal prepping, and just life in general, like you did! Couldn`t make it to the gym or the group workouts I join, so I did that home workout and I feel amazing!! I was feeling so down recently, and maybe God just gave me your account on a silver plate, he was like "look, you can be kind, you can be such a pure soul, consistent, focused, balanced and look absolutely bomb af, intelligent and spiritual, just look at Sophie!" haha, also I love your hair!! Do u have extensions or smth like this? Sorry if I missed out this part of your channel if u have spoke about it, I`m trying to keep up, , love you <3

I just found your channel today and im very insecure of my stomach i really wanted to be fit so i tried this out and i learned that i shouldent change the way i look just to please someone else. i still work out and im changing for myself. Thank you :)

This was a great low key workout - I used it when I was fighting a cold but wanted to move my body a bit! Perfect intensity for me in that state and cool to see some new moves I hadn’t tried before. Thanks Sophie!

That's a quick one...
Love the routine...❤️...can u plz make a long workout like 40 min with breaks....I think it should be easy to have a break like 10 seconds to move to next exercise

I thought it would just be a small work out, but I am totally wrong. I am spewing sweat all over the place. It's a great combo of stretching, strength and cardio. I love it because there is no repition. You feel great and strong after the workout. I have difficulty focusing, so this really helps.

Great workout steps with consistency.. for beginners its worth to start.. if you don't mind, can you please add couple of second pause after each rep, otherwise i need to pause or rewind beacuse it took time to switch to next exercise. Thanks.
