His workouts are the best i have been doing his lower body 20 minute workout for 4 weeks and i lost 18 pounds and 2 pants sizes i was 269 now i am 251 5 days a week

Man I hope he does a 30 day program with just dumbbells.. shit maybe even a hybrid dumbbell/Bodyweight .. lol. Love this dude

I did the other 20 min dumbbell workout and was able to get through it. This one, not so much. Love the videos. Just completed your 2nd 30 day challenge, kept me motivated. Thank you. 👍

I lost 30 pounds and I am gaining muscle weight. So glad I stumbled on the Bully Juice workouts. I completed this one today and I feel great!

Still coming to this workout after years . I do this one, rest next day, then do PushPullLegs, rest next day, and repeat . Looking great, even with light weight

i inspired my husband to start working out, and all i was familiar with was female fitness youtubers. we started doing a workout, but felt too off. i said you know what, we need male inspo. and you were the first one that popped up. what i love is everything is cut to the chase, no intro going on a tangent, just straight workout. and what i loved more is, these workouts can also be for women. my husband and i do your workouts and its going great!

As a pretty skinny guy who has tried to gain weight in the past, after having stopped my previous workout routine because of exams and other busy stuff I've been absolutely humbled after trying this. Even after removing 2kg I still was only able to complete 3/4 of this workout. I'll try to do this 3 times x week for about two months and will try to update ya'll. Hopefully I'll be able to complete the workout and get some gains :)
