This is much needed. I’m a veteran myself coming off of 4 years active duty army. 26 years old left knee surgery along with anxiety/depression. Stretching/mental health is essential to life. Been rocking with you for years. Continue elevating.

Day 1 of the 45 day challenge. I just realized how bad I am at push-ups, whippy do da. But this is seriously my longest stretch ever. But I really enjoyed it!

Stretching is one of the most overlooked workout routine, but knowingly to many, it's very effective when it comes to muscle recovery, flexibility, cramps and injury prevention. Add it to your cool down routine and feel the difference.

Day 25 - Complete!

I was looking forward to this video... and man, it feels so good! Doing neck rotations with my eyes closed and sweat dripping off my forehead onto my mat makes me feel like a beast. I was even grinning like a psychopath because the pain felt so good!

Your videos are outstanding! I use them with my middle schoolers and they all recognize what a great role model you are. It would be so awesome if you made a 5-7 min stretch video and/or 5-7 minute Energizer exercise video for classroom teachers to use during the day.
