Thanks for the full stretch sir✨
I'm suffering from TMJ issue
A lots of pain coming along with this
Neck pain.. shoulder pain ..ear tinnitus pinch nerve sometimes
My day to day life is getting worse
Everything seems to be tight on the right side of my body
And the right side shoulder blade is little bit outwards

I couldn't find the core reason
Whether its all because of tmj or tmj itself cause by any other root cause

I enjoyed the stretch routine, however, the audio isn’t synced to your mouths moving in the video! 😂 There were also moments where your voice was distorted and muted completely 😕 The first two exercises were a little confusing, I wasn’t sure if I was to keep my back rounded in the upward dog pose or bring my shoulder blades down together as done traditionally, and as for the second exercise, I didn’t know if the focus was to stretch the back or the legs. The butterfly pose with my legs extended to stretch my back simply didn’t stretch my back very much as opposed to keeping my feet closer to my body and then rounding my back, and also getting a better leg stretch—to extend my legs forward and round my back in the butterfly pose made my tight leg muscles uncomfortable :( Other than all of that, it was a good routine!
