- Neck rotations (3 clockwise and counterclockwise)
- Trap rotations (5 forwards and backwards)
- Shoulder cars (5 reps on each arm)
- Cat camels (5 reps)
- Superman (8 reps)
- Hip internal/external rotation (10 reps)
- Hip cars (6 per leg)
- Squat overhead rotations (8 reps)
- Jefferson curl into a walk out and abdominal stretch (3 reps)
- Wide stance hamstring stretch (approximately 75 seconds)
- Cossack squats (10 reps)
- Breathing exercise (about 2 minutes)

Thank you for making a video like this. Most fitness youtubers aren't focusing on people gaining the mobility to do their actual workout! I love exercising and have been following you but unfortunately I have tight hips and the gym has been closed so this will definitely help me. Much appreciated!

Hey Obi, good mobility routine ! As an athlete myself, I've done some sophrology and on the breathing exercice, I would suggest counting the seconds when you breathe in and doubling it as you breathe out. For example, if you choose to breathe through your chest or belly (expanding both at the same time ofc) for 4 seconds, then you breath out for 8 seconds (shrinking either or) ! Cheers!
