Day 1: completed. Hard but I'm not that tired or exhausted so after this I did another exercise : 6 exercises to make belly fat cry. I also do :12 exercises to do in bed and stair climbing everyday. My current weight is 71.8 and my goal is 55/50. Wish me luck.

I have just shifted from that 10 min evening workout to this one and on first day i am out of breath so i skipped last two positions but hopefully I'll find courage to do them soon In Shaa Allah

I do a combo of yours works
7 min morning worlout
13 min afterschool workout
15 min evening workout at 7pm
And 10 min workout before bed

Very helpful to everyone who wants to Burn fat it was very easy to do it if you ask me the first day is very hard but the second and third day later on going you feel very easy and wants to continue again and again please do it
