Thank you so much! With just a calorie deficit and exercising 4 or 5 days a week, I have lost 52 lbs in 10 months ❤ I have never done a workout over 20 minutes, but I have still managed to lose so much. 😊

I have severe depression and trauma and this is one of my favorite workouts to do, I also love the music, it’s so relaxing and your energy is so kind, lively, fun and sweet, she definitely lifted my spirits ❤

On my fitness journey - was not feeling well today so skipped my weights. Did a 10 mins walk outside. Then just did this before my bed time. Amazing. Love it!!!! Feeling so much better. Thank you much

This is for sure a fun way to burn some fat! One of the biggest things that have helped me lose- weight aside from spending time in the gym has been a custom meal plan from Next Level Diet. I use it every week and I love it!

Love the shorter workouts. It's a great way to start making exercise a habit. I fell in love with your videos when i did my first walk the weight off video. I absolutely love those! It would perfect to do another series of those but start at 10 minutes for a month and work our way up.

I need to comment because I think you need to know how important your videos and work is! I just want to make a comment of appreciation, a comment of: thank you! Doing this, take a shower and about to going to sleep... it was just what I needed. I had a hard day... I was sad and, to add to that, I was upset with myself because it was the fourth day without exercising, for two weeks I did your videos almost every day as part of my morning routine and I was feeling so good and accomplished about it! But now I had 4 days without doing it... I was struggling internally with that, I was discouraged, but then I saw this video I I just did it after dinner, it wasn't high intensity, but it was enough for me to think: I'm going to restart and I won't feel bad anymore just because for this 4 days I wasn't able to exercise. Thank you again ❤
