Evening workouts that are quick but effective are so clutch. Especially when you really wanted to get that workout in during the day, but didn't find the time.

This workout is your chance to smile, vibe, let your dinner digest (try to do it about 1hr after dinner), and get ready for an amazing sleep!

I find that if I workout about an hour after my dinner and an hour (or two) before bed time, I feel the best and I sleep the best.

This quick HIIT will get your heart rate up, and will help you get into the fat burning zone before your day ends.

Make sure to keep breathing throughout and take your time with it!

I don't care who you are...BE KIND TO YOURSELF. Even this 10 minute workout spoke volumes for me, teaching my subliminal mind to be kinder to itself. NEVER UNDERESTIMATE YOURSELF. You are worth every step, every mile and every moment. Time to treat ourselves with more respect. It takes guts to be kind to ourselves. START TODAY. Been doing her videos for ages and it DOES pay off...thought someone today needed to hear this. Peace out.

My depression and anxiety have been hitting hard the last few days. Stayed in bed all day with no motivation and no hope, but finally got up at the end of the day to do this short workout. Thanks Jo ❤❤❤

Your 10 min workouts are EVERYTHING!! My schedule is nuts, but I’m able to do 10 minutes of the mornings. Sometimes 10 minutes at lunch. And always 10 minutes of the evenings. Lifesavers!! You are such a radiant light, and your baby is the cutest ever!!! 😻

This is the first time I’ve ever done a workout and didn’t have to stop😭. I’m 27 YO and currently on a weight loss journey . I’m starting to get back pain so it time I start putting off what needs to be done. Here’s to completing a full workout with no breaks 🥂

This is my 2nd week working out with you. I am 78 years young and was looking for a way to keep fit. I love your workouts they are just right for me. I do them morning and evening. I mix them up, bless you, you have such a great variety I never get bored, and the music is awesome. I’ve been telling all my girls & grand-girls about you. Love all the HIIT workouts and Tabata there my favorite lately I've been doing the hour workouts and the results for the past 2 weeks is absolutely amazing I was working out the other day and my 10 year old son says wow mommy your back and arms are so cut up now! I was smiling from ear to ear I've worked hard since last July going from 208 to 165 from a size 2x to an 8/10 everyone ask me what's my secrets in losing so much weight in 7 months! My answer is Keto diet and my Virtual personal trainer Jo! I can't thank you enough for making me feel whole again I love what I see when I look in the mirror now! All of your workouts give me life! I'm 68, and I've been working out with Jo for a little over a month. I have lost 30 lbs so far, so I'm beyond ecstatic about these workouts and the results I'm achieving. I work out most every day, 30 to 60 minutes per day (some exercises I do x2 back to back). Along with the workouts, I've cut way down on the sugar and focus on eating more vegetables and fruits and lots of water. I'm gonna go all the way with Jo. Her enthusiasm keeps me going! Update: 16.2 lbs lost. I hit a plateau in my weight loss at 152 - 154 for a week and a half. SLOWLY introduced more calories to my diet (im still in deficit, it's called reverse dieting) and less workouts per week. Broke my plateau yesterday. 148.8 lbs this morning. (Results vary, And of course I am not a nutrition or fitness expert just seeing what works for me.)

I have been doing your workout for 4 days now . I am a Mama of 8 and been trying to lose weight. Been really consistent exercising for 2 yrs now 5 times a week but struggling to lose lower belly fat . But…….
