I am 13 years old and my weight was 71 kgs and now my weight is 65.5 kgs within 33 days with 2 times this excercise, diet and calories deficit i cut 500 calories to 600 calories in one day I also consume small amount of sweet or oily items once in week with some more excercise so, do the excercise twice whenever you want with empty stomach so tata gooood byee and just do it 💥🔥🔥🔥💥💥💯💯💯🔥💥💥💥🔥🔥🔥

As a sixty-five-year-old woman, it's been difficult to find workouts that meet the guidelines for health and don't cause some kind of strain or injury after repetition. very simple to follow even for an obese guy like myself, have started doing this every other morning before work. The only difference is that I have way more energy, s*x is better but I don't know if i'm burning fat but I feel happy. Thanks dude.
