Day 4 already! I’m actually looking forward to these so much everyday and I can’t get over it because I’ve never had a workout routine I’ve kept up more than a couple days 😅 please keep doing series like this!!

I have to say you make the best workout videos on YouTube.I love how your videos are structured. You give us time to switch from exercises and show us the coming up exercise as well.I’ve always tried to exercise at least once a day but it’s always been really difficult for me, For the first time in my life I have cohesively been exercising every day. And I truly believe the only reason I have continued to do that is because of your videos. Thank you so so much, I never thought I would wake up and be excited to exercise and move but I surely am and that is thanks to you.

Nearly had a lazy day but because your workouts aren't too long I got my arse to do it 😂😂😂 any tips for that next day burn? My legs are killing me since day 2 😂

This was such a great beginner workout. It's so nice to feel energized and limber after a workout. It's not intimidating or unpleasant to get through and I love the format so much, I can just listen to the music and be in my body! The length is just right to give me a pick me up while my toddler naps, but not eat up the whole hour so I can do other things too. Thank you so much for sharing this!

i really appreciate these workouts! i love that they're gentle but effective and you get out of them what you put in. i really don't like hiit training and workouts that leave me feeling like i'm going to pass out. exercise should be enjoyable, and this is. thank you for that!

I've been doing your 10 minute videos and i feel better doing them and slowly gonna work to do 15, I like these as its not hard work and don't have to jump into planks then up again these are just perfect for me 😊

Found your morning workouts two weeks ago and I really love that they are no jumping but are still quite cardio and strength! I just had my second baby and wanted to start incorporating movement in my life again and these are perfect! I even do them in my jammies! Thanks!
