10 MIN BASIC HIIT - killer High Intensity routine, standard exercises I Pamela Reif

Burn lots of calories & tone your muscles with a BASIC HIIT workout. This might get you to your limits but… the music is amazing! ♥︎ / Werbung

Woooop woooop, I already know our previous 10min HIIT by heart (including the songs). So I was desperate for a new version :D

This workout is:
1. HIGHLY EFFECTIVE
Super intense full body movements, training almost every muscle in your body. Paired with a high heart rate non stop = burning calories, burning fat, increase your metabolism, tone your muscles
2. FILLED WITH BASICS
Nothing too fancy, nothing too dancy. Ask your male partner to join! They won't need to shake their hips for this one.
2. a mix out of „HARD MOVEMENTS" and "ACTIVE BREAKS".
You will find Planks in between all the High Knees and Jumps. Almost feels like a break, but don't forget to keep the core strength!
3. HIGH ENERGY.
For some reason it doesn't drag me down - but rather gives me MORE energy!

As usual: NO LUNGES.

If you struggle or need a break: don't worry about it. Take a small rest, get something to drink & continue once you're ready :) most important is that you don't quit and push yourself.

▸ Depending on your fitness level, height and weight you will burn between 70-130 kcal.

Women, I lost about 11 kgs by working out with Pam. I never thought I could lose this amount of weight in my wildest of imaginations, but here I am! A few months ago I had layers of tummy and now I have line abs! All of the credit goes to Pam and her stories. Watching her work out every day is inspiring and those poll questions of whether you are gonna work out today are the reason I do it even if I don’t feel like.
All I wanna say is, DO. NOT. QUIT. Those abs are a few Pam videos away😌

It's funny I'm writing this under an intense cardio routine, but remember when Pam filed an abs+yoga workout? Can we please get another one? Wouldn't mind if it is a 15-minute one as well

3:18 - Pam did that thing that I do after the mountain climbers; I go into a pike for like a second then I do plank. I only do that because of the pain I be feeling after the climbers

I have been training with Pam since April 2020. Never once took a break from the plans. Now sadly life got messed up and I wasn’t able to train in the past few weeks … I also won’t be able to do it for a while. And I watch at all the video she posts and I MISS it so much, I feel so empty without the workouts😂 I feel like sometimes it was the only thing making me happy.
I can’t wait to be able to train again, I am just afraid of losing my resistence 😭😭 I used to do 45 min sweat plan and feel like I could do more and now I’m scared I won’t even be able to do the 30 min plan 😬😭

I saw on youtube lots and lots of pros and cons about Pam workouts but this is my experience: I started doing Pam workouts on 26th of June and now I am stronger than ever ❤❤ I can do that Jack knife+starfish (terrible exercises 🥲) so easy now and those ab lines are coming. People, keep going! Even if you don't get results, remeber everytime that you are getting stronger with each mountain climber! Ly Pam, you're smile and your vibe mades me get out of the bed everyday! 🥰🥰🥰

The hardest for me so far 100%, the word “basic” drives me crazy cause it’s not that basic in the reality 😂 you are playing with my feelings Pam😭😆

Thank you for all your amazing workout!
I am on my weight loss journey since feb and I’m veryy happy to say that I’ve lost almost 9kg thanks to ur workout especially! I have reached my goal but i am still gonna continue to push my limits and stay active and healthy! Thank youu pam 💋💋💋

what i really really love about your videos is that they are so hard in the beginning but get so much easier over time! for example, i thought that the 10min HIIT was one of your hardest videos at first but as you said, it got really chill in the meantime, so i’m happy to get a new killer routine, Pam! ❤️
