After falling in love with HIIT/Tabada workouts from another youtuber, i was in search of someone for workouts where I do them with my pre-teen son, someone to follow along with that isnt so...how can we say... revealing? Hmmm? LOL. Anyway. This workout was SO hard because of ALL the jumping, but I really appreciate it! Nice simple video, no long intro/outro, and fully clothed! I'll be back again and again whenever he wants to workout with me!

I like it. Altering positions, using equipments, and talkative trainers all confuse me. I like the workouts to keep on going and to be simple to follow.
