i had been watching and exercising with your routines for about a month, and let me tell you, your routines are amazing, i am noticing all the results, but i 've had searching in your channel for only a butt routine, no for legs or caps, just butt routine, i d k what happened but it seems that when i follow a butt routine from other videos my legs become stronger and wide but not my butt, so if you can include that in your vids will be amazing, and thank you in advance and thank u for your routines.
