I have just finished the 6 week Body Combat Challenge on the members site and I can recommend it. This is just a taster of what is there. Nothing on the floor for those that cant do the floor.

Please do a longer workout body combat 45 minutes. Love that you have upbeat music that really helps and you are not bad to look at. Fact not flirt. Keep making these videos.
