I started your workouts around 7 weeks ago. I cut down my portion sizes and snacks as well as doing 10 minutes of your exercises each day, increasing to 30 minutes. I love how you can fit the workouts in very easily. I have lost over 1 stone and 5cm off my waistline. I have chronic pain and had low mobility. My husband has said I’m like a new person. Increased energy, mobility and better mood. I am so glad I found you.

Over a long period, I have used several of the exercises set out by Lucy. Many times I come back to this one. I have recently enjoyed my 85th birthday and I plan to stick with this presentation. Lucy, thank you so much; I am sorry that I often forget to click the thumbs-up button so I will try harder with this in future. Please never remove this workout! It always adds just over 1000 steps to my walking routine but the arm exercises are an important addition.

Good morning Lucy. Another great work out. It's so strange I've embarked on a health programme that requires me to fit in 10mins daily walking. Then I see your video and it's fantastic!. I am still wfh in a highly stressful job and so by doing this work out first thing in the morning still in my pj's, I am ahead of the day already!. Best thing is you can do indoors and get your step count up. Totally win win and definitely the beautifully designed layout to the work out with the butterflies helped to calm my racing mind. Lucy you are so wonderful and in tune with the people who follow you. Thanks so much ❤

I Love Lucy!!! Your videos are changing my life. I’m 55 and have always been somewhat Athletic until my late 40s, with increased joint pain, foot pain, knee pain 🙄 I was slowing down getting into a rut of less activity! Hi Lucy - Mum doesn't do social media but says to say she loves your workouts. Finally found something she enjoys doing and actually works for her. She has lost over a stone in 8 weeks and several inches off her waist and hips😁. She can do things she couldn't a few weeks ago and says thank you so much for your workouts 😁
