Total Body Cardio & Strength Workout | Low Impact Exercise for Seniors & Beginners | At Home Workout

This is a total body workout including 20 minutes of cardio, 10 minutes of strength training, 2 minutes of balance exercises and 6 minutes of stretching. This is a little bit more challenging than some of my beginner workouts but as always, go at your own pace and take breaks when you need them. As always, this is low impact. Please use your judgment on when to modify exercises. If you feel a move isn't good for you, please change the exercise to a move that is more suitable for you. You can walk in the comfort of your own home with this workout:)

OMG! JULES!!! You did it again. Such a great workout with warm-up, cardio, strength training, balance then stretching. OMG! You may not believe me but you have the best workout videos ever! This is the best video I've ever done!!! I'm so grateful for the pace and the fact that it includes cardio, strength, balance and stretching. I just love the lady leading us, the on, -screen instructions and how there's not a lot of frenetic talk. This video is PERFECT!!! THANK YOU!!!

I just noticed that I did this routine 4 days ago but that's ok with me because it's such a good workout! The guitar music during the stretching is so beautiful and so soothing.

Week 2 of this intermediate series...and to think that I begin (oh so long ago?) with seated chair exercises, then gentle workouts... What am I thankful for / grateful for? This video series that you so consistently attend to. I hope that you continue to get more out of these workouts than you must put in.

I came...I saw did the whole 39 minutes and I think; Jules; you broke my pacemaker🤣😂I had to sit for the cardio but I did every exercise and even the balance ones. I always enjoy your stretching music and I am feeling good at what I accomplished. Not too shabby for a senior citizen who spent 96 days in the hospital and was not supposed to live. Today and everyday I am thankful for my faith in God and the graces He gives me everyday to keep on going. Have a blessed Sunday with your family.❤
