Low Impact Cardio and Strength Workout to Improve Fitness

This 30 minute low impact cardio workout combined with strength exercises is great for getting in heart healthy exercises while also working on strength. Each cardio movement challenges the body with 45 seconds of heart pumping exercise followed by 15 seconds of rest. This workout will help to improve health and fitness in a safe, no jumping format. Ideally, have two sets of dumbbells available to get in the most benefits (a heavier and lighter set). We'll finish with a few minutes of stretching at the end.

I began this year determined to get my fitness back. I'd had spinal fusion for a serious back injury and had finally been cleared to start working out instead of only just walking (2-4 miles daily) and doing the PT exercises. I checked out a few gyms but felt intimidated and not ready, as well as feeling like I would be injured in a class led by overly enthusiastic 20 somethings. I found you on YouTube and have been doing one-three activities on your site each day. I feel so much stronger, more mobile, and happier! You are one of the most encouraging and motivating fitness instructors I have ever encountered - in real life or virtual. Thanks for addressing the needs of the 'more seasoned' demographic.

Saved to Jules go to. Volume 45866 lol. That was outstanding ....my arms were melting. I'm just hoping day 21 goes easy on arms as mine r about to buckle but v v worth it. I think after reading comments this is so popular. I love these type workouts as they do it all. Would love similar with legs as well. I agree with comments below it's like having a personal trainer in the house with me❤️. I smile back when you r smiling 💪🥰💪
