omg ! i felt very demotiveted and unable to do the third round so i took a looong break, during which i read the comments. It motivated me and i finished this workkout and now i'm proud of myself !! thanks to all of you for your comments and thanks anna for this very sweaty low impact workout !

LOVED how the intensity went up as the workout progressed. This was super sweaty for me and the range of exercises was just perfect. Pure scenes in the setting to this as well and I loved how the white boat arrived and then disappeared, like you planned it. Just awesome. Thank you Anna for another top workout.
