I love the fact that it’s not people who are In “perfect shape” that’s on my screen... they make mistakes, get tired and need breaks just like the rest of us! Love this channel... I’ve recommended to family and friends and they love it too.

I recommend this channel to anyone trying to lose weight becase I've lost 20 pounds and build muscle at the same time I do cardio, that is why your workouts are so effective. Thank you for sharing your workouts on youtube!

I'm a teen in High School. I've been a big size ever since I was baby and never really thought about losing weight until I reached High School. I saw all the skinny students and I honestly admired them. They could weigh 10kgs less than me and I would think you were the skinniest person to live. I've had problems with loving myself especially the way my body looked, I wanted to be confident in my body and I saw these workouts, so I've decided to join in! I want to feel better in my body and I want to live (hopefully) a long life! Goal for 2021? Self love!

Since lockdown started in march, I have lost 2 and a half stone in the comfort of my own home with you guys, varying through your workouts 6 days a week some 45 minute ones some 30 minutes ones adding in weights resistance bands as i got better. I cant recommend these guys videos enough!! ❤

I’m 57 with arthritic knees so I’ve been doing low impact videos for seniors which I quickly got bored with. Thank goodness I found this channel. I discovered that I was able to do every move in this video with all reps and on tempo. Thank you, thank you!
