Bloat. We've all been there. Wanna know the secret to reducing bloat? The best way to get rid of all that uncomfortable gas is to drink lots of water and get your body moving!

Today, we're gonna do a 10 minute cardio routine that has NO jumping, so it will be super easy on the stomach! We'll do each move for 45 seconds with a 15 second rest in between. Ready? Let's go.

As someone who bloats to five times my size after eating any kind of food, this workout is a blessing. Usually when I get bloated it stays for AT LEAST a week, making me feel crappy the whole time. But yesterday, I tried this routine paired with another 5-minute video and immediately after the heavy bloated feeling lessened. This morning, my bloat is completely gone in a way that it has never done overnight! Thank you so much, I will definitely be using this routine many more times!

This workout is SUPER effective it's too good to be true. It's low impact, and I have been bloating for days bc of Christmas meals and it's been 2 days now and my stomach is back to its original shape. Also, it's CRAZY how much I sweat in 10 mins, with the fan ON, and I'm not catching my breath. Thank you Blogilates

I was like yeah right, this workout is not going to release my bloat. And then it was after the side squats that i felt it leave. Great!

Bloating just happens y’all. No matter what you eat and drink or how you do it. It simply just happens. You can’t do anything abt it. For example I just ate a salad and a smoothie both very nutritious, low salt, low carbs and sugar but I’m still bloated cause of the vegetables. Yes the severity of the bloating can obviously differ just know that it’s normal and nothing to be ashamed of. <333

May I just say how much I LOVE Cassey. She's so amazing and supportive and open to how you feel, but energizing at the same time. Also a shoutout to her video covers---every other ab workout video on Youtube other than hers show off purely aestetics, but I love that Cassey shows her strength, and happiness. Anyone else noticed what I'm talking about? Love you Cassey! Thank you for being such a great person and coach!

I don't know how I came across this video, but you, captured my attention, your sweet voice and encouraging words as I tried each move with you made my heart sing. I was soooo depressed tonight ( holidays alone, missing family, but mainly not seeing any physical results from walking, I was deeply discouraged and felt hopeless ) I'm not at all over weight, Praise the Lord.

Omg bro the fact that this girl talks to the camera, even tho it might feel a bit weird for her she still does it, so it makes it more fun for us. Cause like, I’m an introvert but I love interacting online and if this girl wasn’t talking it would’ve felt like those silent Uber drives where I feel like having a heart attack. But huge tip, if you do a workout sometime before this, it could’ve been yesterday or a few hours ago, don’t do the exercise, especially if your body is still sore. This was really painful but helped a lot, next time, I’ll do it before any of my workouts ;-; unless I’m just being week and even if you do a workout before this it doesn’t hurt, Tysm Casey, your the best, I don’t know how I’d still be a little in shape without you
