Currently recovering from covid, this is the only type of workout that I am capable of doing, the low impact type of workouts (though not low intensity). I'm so grateful for you Anna, thank you so much. This workout is perfect for me to slowly build my stamina back.

warning!! don't get tricked by the "no jumping"!! today i was not on any mood to workout (i felt tired but still wanted to workout tho) but by doing this workout i did sweat a lot (i do hiit like 3-4 times a week)and it brought my energy back! thank you so much!! I highly recommend this one!

Sometimes low impact workout are also really cool !! This morning i wanted a good sweat but living in flat i'm not able to jump so early so i chose this video and it was intense. Your low impact workout are always so efficient !! I am always challenge by the plank circuit and it improve for sure my strength. Thank you so so much.

Was able to do this workout 16 weeks pregnant!! Love the combinations used in this one. Did some modified ab workouts to accommodate the growing belly. Thank you!! You are so awesome 🙏

With 1 day of rest in between of these 7 days of collaboration with @growwithjo, BUT... I did it, and IT WAS AWESOME. It was fun, energizing, yet challenging. I'm feeling strong, beautiful and I do see results in the mirror. Also I became more active . And there is no more :"Oh...workout again ". This is now :" Yeah, let's work out!".
