This 50 minute all-in-one intermediate level workout covers cardio, strength, balance and flexibility. Listening to requests, I have included a few fast intervals, dancing, strength, balance, abs and floor exercises. This low impact fat burning, all in one workout is geared to get your heart rate elevated for all the great health benefits exercise brings. If you follow at my pace, the final step count is 3556 steps. Keep in mind, I am walking during the fast periods so if you're jogging or running, your step count will be much higher.

Hi Jules, I just found you a few weeks ago and have been dedicated to doing your workouts ever since. I find you so refreshing. You are so calming ( does that make sense in a workout video, lol, but you are). You don’t jabber away and when you do talk it is in a calm concise manner. I find your workouts fun and feel like I really accomplished something! Thank you!

Have done this one a few times. It checks all the boxes for me-burns a lot of energy, >40 minutes, stretching, flexibility, balance, cardio & Strength.

Looove. Got wee support things for elbow and its helping. So love this. Went through phase last year did this twice week and felt so strong. Its one I forget is there. Your new one today looks awesome. That's tomorrow's workout. Thank u❤❤❤❤❤

Back on May calendar today. I've not done as much exercise in last week and boy it's so very good to be back. This was today's from calendar and I am thrilled as it's a favourite. It works everything absolutely everything. I'm off try day 1 strength and get stronger happy Monday team Jules. I've missed you❤

I’ve been doing workouts with you for about 6 months 5-6 times a week. I try to alternate the all-in-ones with the walking workouts. At age 70, I appreciate low-impact but “hard-enough” workouts that are just my speed! I love the variety to choose from each day and am so glad I found you!
