Has anyone else done enough of these videos to start hearing Daniel's voice in their heads just encouraging them through everyday life? No? Just me? Okay, I'll just be over here in my little corner enjoying phantom pep talks all by my lonesome... LOL

Sincerely the only workout videos I've seen out there that are made for EVERYONE. I was desperate to find a workout that I could finish, or at least do halfway. I finished all your workouts, no exception. Thanks to you, I've gained back some of my endurance and muscles and still working on it. :) I especially love how you encourage us through the screen, never judging, always thinking that it might be hard for some of us, always encouraging. That's what makes the difference for me between you and most of the fitness youtubers I tried to follow before. I lost 8 pounds in a month thanks to these videos (and managed to climb to my 3d floor appartment with groceries more easily lol).

I’ve NEVER been able to get through a single home workout until I found this channel, and this has literally been a life changer for me! Especially because my knees can’t take high impact, which is pretty much 80% of what you see on YouTube! But with these workouts I still finish DRIPPING sweat, my knees nice and safe and feeling AMAZING. I’ve been working out almost every single day and I actually look forward to it and ENJOY it!

After my Second day with this particular workout, I’ve finished strong and I became emotional. You two have brought me something that I’ve longed for. You’re encouraging, you don’t make me feel frustrated if I can’t keep up. I can compete these workouts without stopping early, and two years ago I wouldn’t have been able to. I’m crying tears of absolute joy because I feel like I’ve finally found my place in fitness after searching for so long. There aren’t enough words to express my gratitude. THANK YOU!!

I've been working out since 2018 but this is the first time I am crying because of a trainers words of encouragement during the last 60 seconds of the workout, Daniel's encouragement touched my heart so deeply, I can't stop crying, thank you for being so awesome, much love ❤️

I’ll speak for myself when I say that starting to incorporate exercise in our everyday life can be tough. In the past I’ve tried to workout but always got discouraged and fell through within the first couple of days.

I’m happy to report that I’ve been working out for the past two weeks following Team Body Project! Not only are the workout sessions easy to follow along, but Daniel and Alex continue to motivate us through the duration of the videos. When others tell you not to stop, Dan and Alex remind you that it’s okay to take a short break.. and that is what sets them apart from other fitness channels imo. THANKS A LOT GUYS!!!

P.S. Quarantine has helped in giving me more than enough time to workout, but I start work tomorrow and I’ll still be coming back🔥🔥!

You guys have helped me in my recovery from 5 SCAD heart attacks in January last year. We're remote rural Australia so I can't get to exercise classes so I've gone from nearly dying to having the all clear from my cardiologist. It's been a slow but consistent journey. And yes I have fallen off the wagon and not exercised for weeks on end but I return and I choose any of your easier videos and start again. Cheers Kay

Wanted To Start Working Out Weighed 365 lbs Seen A Couple Begginer Work Outs From Team Body Project & Was Feeling Pretty Good I Completely Changed My Diet No Fast Food No Junk Food, No Soda, Less On Sugar & Was Also Lifting Some Weights Nothing Heavy Started Light With 15 Pound Dumbells & Bought A Full Body Gym Equipment To Work On Chest Snd Biceps & More. Started On April 14th 2023 Took It Day By Day & Still Going Now, Once I Felt More Energy In Me And Had More Endurance I Found This Video From Them & It Has Been A Game Changer For Me, This Video Will Make You Sweat Real Good & Been Doing This Workout Everyday Now With Some Weight Work Outs Aswell & Now Weighing 330 lbs With Just 2 Weeks In Its Hard Letting Go All The Good Snacks & Fast Foods But I Was Really Determined To Make A Change & Be More Healthy & It's Working Out Very Well I Will Continue My Journey & Still Being Consistent With My Diet, Watching My Calories Everyday & Working Out Everyday Let's See Where It Will Take Me If I Can Do It So Can Yall Lets Make This Change 💪💯

Thank you so much for these workouts, because I can’t go out as being shielded I’ve done one of your workouts nearly every day (low cardio). I had cancer few years ago & due to it I had to have a full chest reconstruction, it effected my movement/upper body/arms so my fitness suffered massively. 😞 (My chest was expanded & stretched to create boobs so it was 15months of pain & surgeries, sorry to get personal there) Now I’m ready to start getting back on it then I found your channel. The fact its manageable is fantastic as some workouts are too much for me. After the last few weeks of doing the same workout I completed the full routine without having to stop cos of arms/chest hurting! You have no idea how pleased I was!
Gonna keep on working out with TBP & regain my original fitness/strength again! THANK YOU! I’ve got it, I will 😝💪🏻 Stay safe, stay well & keep that positive energy coming! Love from a Wiltshire fan!
(PS At some point will need advice on some arm exercises for strength, wondering if possible I could get your advice for that? I’d rather do it right then do it wrong & cause problems for myself)

I've started my lifestyle journey about a month ago. I've used several different types of HIIT workouts, but when I came across The Body Project I was hooked! At 280 lbs I could only do 5-10 mins. Your encouragement has given me strength to not quit and keep coming back. Making it a realistic lifestyle change for me. Now I can do a 30 min workout with you guys and long for it when I don't do it. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

3 weeks ago, I would throw up while doing this workout vid because it's so intense for a sedentary person like me.

Today, I managed to finish it not feeling exhausted, but a little lighter and stronger. Thank you for this short but high impact workouts! :)

I've been doing a challenge for myself for a week and I've lost 4 inches on my hips and my waist line and I'm so proud, I've been working out for 2 months from not doing anything and i can confidently say i finish workouts with you guys now, no pause button needed!
