Welcome back friends!
Bringing you another 10 minute killer ab workout!
You will see and feel, that an ab workout doesn't have to be long to be effective. I personally prefer to have the workout short and effective, especially when it’s an ab isolation workout. I feel like the longer the ab workout goes, the less effective it becomes.
And remember- the key to getting a six pack is consistency. And the exercises I chose for this video are gonna work out your core broadly. And the few bottom up movements ( in-n-out variations, v-ups) are perfect to influence lower ab muscle fibres recruitment. You can easily do this workout every day and have great results!
As always- the video is full length which means that you can just follow along with me. And if you need an extra rest- just pause the video for a moment to catch your breath. But try to give your best! 💪
