Ive been doing this workout every day for a week straight (with cardio and minor weight lifting as well) and not only do I look stronger, I feel stronger! Dont have super defined abs yet but I'm slimming down. This workout alone is a killer every time I do it. I always think its going to get easier but I'm thankful that it doesn't because after 9 days of doing this, I'm still getting a great workout!

Maddie, this is probably my FAVOURITE workout from you (yeah, you heard it, favourite LOL) It was a KILLER, but wow...It was fun. Love that it wasn't the basic 45 sec on 15 sec off. These 30 sec were great. And it's super super great, that it's only 10 min. I mean, you can do this every day, everywhere.

I have been doing my own (rubbish) ab workouts for years. For the last few weeks I have been following various Madfit Abs videos and it is like a revelation. My core is a lot stronger than before and I can actually keep my lower back on the floor after years of having a gap and not being able to rectify it.

Basically this channel is dope.

Hi, Maddie, big fan of your workouts for years now. I was just wondering, maybe you can make a month-long guide/schedule of some sort (like a compilation guide of videos we can do back to back) to achieve certain results? It's awesome that you have a ton of videos available that we can choose from but sometimes it can be hard choosing which ones are great to pair with other vids that suit our goals. Hope you consider it. Thank you!

I have been doing this ab workout about 3 times a week for the last few months. I love how my abs look! I've done ab workouts for years, but my abs have never been this flat! The results of this workout are great! Thanks Maddie! :)

Maddy, I'm new here!!! I'm a 50 Y/O Fireman and you tore my Abs apart. I'd love to see more weighted abs, as I'm trying to get the body fat less than 10%.

I've been doing chloe ting for a while with no results. I recently switched and made a schedule with three workouts per day, some of your's and holly dolke, and I already feel stronger and more toned. you are a lifesaver
