1. Make sure to keep your LOWER BACK flat on the mat. Only lower your legs as far as possible, so your lower back is not lifting off the mat.
2. Lay your head on the mat, if that's more comfy. Make sure to still tilt your pelvis & activate your lower abs if you rest your head.
3. THINK ABOUT YOUR ABS. It's about the mind muscle connection! Lift your legs with the strength of your abs, not your thighs.

Thank you Pamela, after I gave birth (almost 4 years ago) I started doing your workouts daily. Me and my son often workout together, he always waves "bye Pamela", does the handkiss and gives me a fake flower because I worked out so well 😭💖 thank you!! You gave me a really nice morning routine AND a killer body, people are often surprised that I gave birth 😂

Thank you Pam! I've been doing your workouts for 7 years. Even while pregnant I did the pregnancy safe excercises. It helped strengthen my muscles for delivery, my labor was super quick and I had a super fast recovery. You may not know it but a lot of these workouts actually help to quicken labor, decrease pain, and increase speedy recovery. Some are not safe but those can be replaced for safe ones during pregnancy. You help in ways you don't even know. Merry Christmas!! 🎄❤️

Woohoo I love this! This video reminded me that when doing abs it's all about quality over quantity. Less reps but more focused can make you shake like crazy and be sore for days. Also, this icey light blue color is stunning 🩵
