Thanks for this beautiful practice, your voice is very soothing. I would suggest watching out for very long silences as they disrupt the practice, since one doesn't know whethet the internet has gone off and the video has stopped. Maybe some background sounds like birds, water or similar would signal that the video is still playing. Thanks so much for tour content! 😊❤️

I read that this was different than meditation but it felt just like meditating while lying down. Maybe I meditate wrong. It was pleasant and restorative though.
