This feels so good I don't want to come out of it! I'm sure it's keeping me calmer during the day. I'm homeless and with a partner who is very troubled mentally, but doesn't want help. Unfortunately he says he can't do things like yoga nidra. All I can do is be there for him. This practice helps me stay calm. Thank you. 🙏💚 Namaste

So far the best one on youtube i can find. I like the fact that thr bodyscan is more detailed than others. And your calming voice helps too. All the best to you

I woke up on my living room floor. Not sure at what point I fell asleep but this is like hypnosis for someone who doesn’t have a hard time falling asleep. Recommended it to family who have trouble sleeping. ❤️
