I'm not a workout person but today I decided to do yoga because I want to lose some weight. This was definitely not easy for me and I had a difficult time in some of the movements. But I am proud to say that I finished the entire 30 minute yoga! From warm up to the actual workout to the cool down. My body is definitely shaking and I might not be able to walk properly tomorrow, but I feel so stretched and happy. Thank you so much!

I’ve been dealing with low back pain for 4 years. Therapy just isn’t providing relief even with lifting weights twice a a week. Did this workout once and my pain subsided for the rest of the day. First time in four years. Did this workout the next day and same thing happened. Omg finally some relief. Thank

I am a yoga teacher but I became a manager in a music company, and have stopped regular practice and giving a class only once a week. I have decided that I want to be fit and toned again and this video came up as the 1st suggestion today. 1 or 2 of the exercises were hard to finish the 30s! And I feel incredible afterwards. It was soothing and simple to follow. I’m going to be repeating this video as my new morning routine now and see my progress. Thank you ❤

if you do this yoga, cut sugar and outside food, eat good home food and drink plenty of water, you will definitely see results in a month and your body would have become very flexible . i got to experience beautiful changes in my body 🥵🥵🥵after practicing this yoga for a month with break for 5 days for my periods. i feel amazing !!! thank you Eleni for this mind-blowing video😇😇😇😇😇😇
