This 5 Minute Cardio Workout will take you through 10 cardio exercises for 30 seconds each. There is no rest in this workout, so you will have to push through the burn! Lets go!

In this workout you are training with me, Sydney Cummings, Owner of Royal Change and NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I am a fitness trainer is Charlotte, North Carolina and was a Division 1 athlete at West Virginia University where I was a national qualifying high jumper. I use my knowledge from my NASM certifications, bachelor’s degree, nursing school experience, and my elite athletic background to lead you through workouts designed to make you a stronger, more balanced athlete. I know this is an oldie but goodie...it was a great workout! Can you do more of these mini-workout add-ons? I did this one with my 9-year-old son.

I have to sit a lot, I don't like it but well.. life.. I decided to start taking short breaks every 30 minutes or something and do these quick cardio :) and some stretching really helps me with my back and neck pain
