I joined this page and you were all so welcoming. I had spiralled into a suicidal depression that I was fighting. Unfortunately I've suffered from I'll health since I've joined but I've not given up and plan to get into it more still when my health picks up. I have been saving all the videos for later use.

Thank you for this video, I was ill for a few months then got informed I’m B12 definitely and more arthritis in my spine.
I would workout 5days a week and enjoyed it, I’m on a slow recovery now, it’s been three months since I worked out and this video came at a great time, I’ve done it and feel good, I’ll look at doing it twice a day till I get the confidence to go back to my old routine, cheers 🥂

I used 3 lb. weights and I walked twice as fast and I kept walking while you talked to the very end so I got in 1500 steps (1 mile) in 6 minutes. Great quick cardio workout!

Did this to sort of "wind down" after a 15 minute full body/cardio workout and a 10 minute kickboxing one. Perfect way to round out my cardio exercises for the day. As of this post, I'll be 57 in 4 days and I'm in the best shape of my life thanks to inspirational women like you who keep me motivated. Thanks Schellea!💓
