When I started doing Maddie's videos I used to finished exhausted. Now I see this short workout videos and think, yeah, of course I can attempt this on my "rest" day!!! I am so happy with me for staying focused!! Thanks, Maddie! You are the Best!

I do it every day, for the first few days my knees hurt but now I'm used to it, and I see changes in my body shape like I'm getting slim.😁❤
