Ok, nice finnisher .... to get me totally out of breath. Had to modify those one leg burpees .... for jump up needed both legs :)

You look at beautiful Heather and you think "yeahhhh....I can do it"....after less than a minute, you're like " I wanna die NOW" ahahahaha, Thank you, you're an inspiration....I train every day with you and have to force myself to take one or two days off ( or I gonna cut my legs :-D).
