I've been praying to God everyday that he will give me the strength and determination to be healthy and fit. Then I found your channel and all of your videos. Doing this for the April 2020 calendar. So much burn. I love how Cassey says we are all working out together in her videos - it always motivates when I'm working out alone and start to feel burnt out

Been doing this workout everyday for 3 weeks. This is getting almost too easy, I love the progress Ive come! I used to stop 7 times during this workout.

I'm so done hating myself. For years I've been disgusted in my body and lifestyle and Cassey has inspired me to finally change what I dont like in my life.
