Some people might think 5 minutes isn't enough for an effective workout, however when you're severely depressed 5 minutes is a huge difference in your day. Thanks for this.

Yes! I love standing ab work outs. Laying down and doing crunches is the worst.

I've been doing this Twice a day... When you're overweight... Crunches and all are extremely difficult. I've lost 2 inches on my Lower Stomach area. (Haven't checked yet this week as I weight on Sundays and Measure On the 1st Day of each Month) But I'm down 16lbs. Been doing it for about a month now. At first I didn't feel it in my Stomach, Only my legs. But then I learned how to Tighten my stomach and It BURNS! In the best way possible.

I started doing this workout Saturday I definitely felt the burn! I plan to do this three times a day for 7 days a week. Wish me luck everyone

When I first did this work out over a year ago, I couldn’t even get half way through without a break. Now I can do it twice over! Practice makes perfect.

I don't usually comment on videos but I've been doing this for a week now I do it two times a day with a fifteen minute break between them combined with me eating healthier I'm seeing a big difference !!

IAs a teacher, 've been complaining that I don't have time to work out. However today, I decided to do 5 minutes workouts during my breaks. I'm sure this will help out tremendously! Thank you for posting these for us teachers :)

Thinking about starting this for my every other day workout. I HATE doing floor ab exercises... especially crunches. The only place I feel it is my neck and back!

I like these because I hate carving out time for a 20+ minute workout with my schedule. So I do these throughout the day along with some walking and I feel so much better! Going to start adding a bit of weights to challenge myself. Love these short ones!

thanks for this. ive lost about 210lbs so far and still about 35 more to go and as a heavier girl, all that floor ab workout stuff like planks, burpees, and situps (crunches are easy😁) are not all that great lol. so thanks for something that i can stay on my feet with and achieve same results👍

Did this workout 2 times for 4 days and it worked WONDERS! If you are looking to lose weight, I recommend doing this!!

Sitting at my desk at work and needed some movement so clicked on this. Boy did this do the job! I thought this would be too hard for me because I'm extremely over weight but nope. Love Love Loved the workout got my lung pumping and feeling great!

Thank you! This has become my favorite 5 minute Miracle Morning workout when I don’t have time for a full workout (when I sleep in, but still do my MM). It gets my heart rate up & going, and still works out my abs. 💕
