Hi, I’m going to try this, I am very overweight and most workouts as so hard for me cause of my amount of weight, and I am on a weight loos journey and i am using this video to train myself to work out and also for me this video did make me feel like I had worked out a lot (because my amount of weight weighing me down made t difficult to work out so it was harder) and I am not used to workout out, I am going to do this for a month, I’m going to count calories and update once a week, if this works along with my calorie deficit and I loose weight I’ll update and tell but as of right now

July 9th: I am 308 Pounds
I will be Doing this probsbly 2 times a day with a calorie deficit of 1, 200 calories, I’m also going to take my measurements beforehand as well, I’ll update in a week, and from so on :)

To be honest i would be more impressed and motivated if these videos featured a real overweight person with Before & After examples.

Great video. I personally lost 66 lbs (30 kg) in 8 months. I followed a “cyclical high fat, low carb” diet and this worked extremely well for me. Losing fat and keeping it of is incredibly easy if you know what you’re doing 🙂

I'd did it for ten days and I'd lost close to three inches off of my waist. I still got more to do by next month when I go swimming and hot tubbing with my friend on his birthday. Unless I did it for nothing when we'll go out to eat.

Belly fat is lost by diet.
You can do these exercises until the cows come home, if you're eating double bacon cheeseburgers everyday the fat won't go away.
